| INTERESCO develops and personalises contracts called “Power Purchase Agreements” for the client. That is, at our own expense we plan, implement and manage the operation, “selling” the savings generated from the project back to the customer for a period agreed in the proposal. The average period for heating projects is 24 months. |
During the contractual period the project will be controller by INTERESCO’s staff using a system
operated remotely to monitor the working parameters and identify
anomalies.
A tailor made maintenance
plan will be developed and
implemented for each type
of plant. The costs and
management of any
extraordinary maintenance
which may arise will also
be taken care of
by INTERESCO. |
